At Logopedia, we believe in transparency and providing high-quality, individualized care for each client we serve. Below you’ll find our current rates for therapy, evaluations, and additional services. Please note that home and community-based sessions have different rates due to travel and the nature of these services.

 

Therapy Sessions

Studio-Based Therapy

  • 30 minutes: $150 (*minimum of two weekly sessions)

  • 45 minutes: $225

  • 60 minutes: $300

home/community-based therapy

  • 30 minutes: $180

  • 45 minutes: $255

  • 60 minutes: $330

Evaluations

Standard Evaluation

  • $750

Includes evaluation in ONE of the following areas: articulation, voice, feeding, fluency, auditory processing, receptive/expressive language).

Comprehensive Evaluation

  • $1200

Includes a combination of any of the above + AAC, GLP, Pragmatic Language and/or Complex needs)

independent educational evaluation (IEE)

  • Rate Varies

Our Independent Educational Evaluations are comprehensive assessments focusing on your child’s communication, language, and educational needs. Please contact us for a complimentary 15-minute consultation to learn more.

Reporting

Evaluative report

  • Free of charge as part of an evaluation

monthly superbill

  • Free of charge

All other reports

  • $150/hour prorated to the time of completion

These include progress reports, treatment plans, treatment summaries, and any documentation outside of a monthly superbill required by your insurance for reimbursement.

Consultations

Initial Consultation (prospective clients)

  • Complimentary - up to 15 minutes

CASE Consultation

  • $250/hour

This service is for families seeking more in-depth information or guidance regarding their child’s evaluation results or therapy plan. Professional consultations ensure you are equipped with the information you need to support your child.

AAC Setup consults

  • Initial Setup - $500

  • Follow-up AAC consults

    • 30 minutes - $150

    • 45 minutes - $225

    • 60 minutes - $300

Care Coordination

  • Email correspondence: Free of charge

  • Phone/video/in-person meetings & IEPs: $150 prorated per hour

This service is for families needing assistance with integrating care across multiple service providers (OT, PT, school district, etc.). Care coordination allows us to collaborate with your child’s team to ensure seamless support across people and settings.

Bill and Payment Policy

  • All services are billed at the rates listed above.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Rates are subject to an annual adjustment to account for changes in the cost of living index.

  • For evaluations, payment plans are available upon request.

Our rates reflect not only the specialized, high-quality care we provide but also our commitment to giving back. By charging higher rates for private pay clients, we are able to fund sliding scale and pro bono services for families who may otherwise not have access to these vital supports. In this way, your investment in our services helps us serve a broader community in need.
